Immigration Legal Services We Provide
LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENCY
The Law Offices of Samrach Sar offers legal services and advice pertaining to lawful permanent residency and family-based petitions, also known as "green cards".
We provide services for green cards for a spouse, children, parents and siblings; fiancé(e) visas; removal of conditions on residency (I-751); waivers of inadmissibility; immigrant visas at an embassy (consular processing); and adjustment of status.
DEPORTATION DEFENSE
Removal proceedings are administrative proceedings to determine an alien's removability from the United States and his or her eligibility for relief under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
We represent individuals before the Immigration Court; and assess the eligibility for forms of relief from removal (deportation.) We negotiate with ICE in initial custody determinations, and appear at bond hearings for detained clients.
APPEALS
We offer appellate services if you did not prevail or have been denied relief. We will seek to reverse a negative immigration decision on appeal before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), Administrative Appeals Office, U.S. Federal District Courts, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals.
ASYLUM & HUMANITARIAN IMMIGRATION
We offer representation to clients that are seeking to gain asylum in the United States, and that may be eligible for various humanitarian forms of relief with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

CITIZENSHIP
We represent clients who wish to become naturalized as United States citizens. We assess the eligibility for naturalization for each unique case; we complete all the necessary USCIS forms, and address any required documentation; along with helping our clients prepare for the naturalization test and interview.
We provide services for individuals who need exceptions to the naturalization test because of medical or disability reasons.
